If you read the posts in the thread he said that they are not planning to make front fender flares as the one that is making these already made the 1m style front fenders

It would be bad business to compete and kill there own product.lol

And if you go on to read my post I state that I am anxious to see how they will look with the 1m style front fenders... I'm well aware of the front wide body fenders. Thanks anyways

R6EATER They are working on the passenger side at the moment but once they are done i will try and take some pics. The wheels won't be done for another week or so but the rears will be 18x11.5 and have an offset of +19.

tglazed I will definitely take a bunch of pics with the 1m style fenders but eventually i would love to do the OEM 1M conversion since that conversion is still wider than this setup and i think would flow very well with the rears. The issue people were having doing the 1M front front conversion is that the 1M side skirts are much wider in the rear of the car so that would take custom widening and even then you could only fit maybe a 10.5 inch wheel. With these overfenders you wouldn't even need to worry about the side skirt issue since it would be covered up by the over fender. Something for you guys to think about doing later on down the line if you want a much wider front end setup as well.

Wow! This looks awesome! Definitely going to follow this. Like others have said I would love to see a front bolt on kit. I've been looking into widebody's for a while now and mostly find 1M conversions. I do like the 1M fenders but I want something without the signature indentation and grilles. I want people to know my car is a 135i but at the same time say, "Wow, that's badass," and for me the defining part about the 1M (and mostly every other M car) is the 'M' badge and the side 'M' grills.

The N5tuner fenders can actually be ordered without the cut outs for the M sidemarkers.

Oh whaaat!? That's awesome. Thanks for the heads up! Definitely going to check them out. The only option I've considered so far were the ER fenders but they were pricey since they were made from carbon fiber.

sr2223 SSR SP4's. Here they are mocked up with the faces and the barrels. They start machining them this week and once that is done the lips will be polished.

Enzomnia I believe they make them in fiberglass as well but the bad part is you need to upgrade to their front bumper and side skirts as well whereas the N5tuner fenders you can use your OEM parts or OEM width aftermarket bumpers.

A little update for you guys. Just finished the passenger side flare. They also incorporated the slightly longer flare in the rear to meet up with the line on the bumper. Next thing is to incorporate the "cut" to line up with the cut separating the rear bumper and rear quarter panel. ETA on finished product is next week, then it's off to get a mold made out of it. They are hoping to have these ready to sell in 3 - 4 weeks.

Love it! Good move on making it a 2piece
Im guessing you guys are gonna incorporate like a "manual" correct?
Like an instruction on where to to cut the fender

just like the rocket bunny

It doesnt have to be a drawing like that It could just be pics of your car with the fender cut that will suffice.

jackp0t When the kit comes back to us from creating the mold I will try and have the body shop take some pictures of how they cut the fenders etc and will try to update this thread. Not sure if there will be a instruction manual though.

This is great news. I love how the rear bumper taper came out.

Question, think there will be any way to make the bmw mud flaps work? Looks like theres a fair bit of exposed tire now.

I don't think the mud flaps would do anything with a bigger size wheel mounted that would work with the flares.

ShocknAwe I doubt the mud flaps would work since the lip comes down lower now. My plan is to just install a small strip of 3m clear bra.

Well specifically I'm wondering if they could be mounted to the flares and then molded in. Not sure as it doesn't go down all the way and the majority of the flap sits on the bumper itself. Just brainstorming. I'm a sucker for flaps, functional and aggressive (IMO).

Thanks for the input. When you have time would you mind measuring for me how far up it is from the bottom of the bumper to the wide part of the flare? And how far back from the fender lip it is to the rivet line? No rush, just have some ideas. This kit is looking good enough that I'm actually considering it vs a custom cut rear job.
