How are these wheels painted?

Hey guys, found this picture in a thread, but couldn't get in contact with the OP, so I've turned to you for some help. How do you think he went about getting these black? Powdercoat? Paint? If so, what color do you think it is exactly? Thanks a lot guys.

Hmm after looking at the picture I don't think it's powdercoat or paint. I haven't seen this type of material of technique since the ages of old.

Just looks like a satin black powder coat or paint to me. My guess is powder coating unless I'm missing something.....

look like plasti dip with gloss black to me.

Those wheels look exactly like mine. Semi-gloss powder coat. Two years later, still very happy with choosing to go the powder coat route!

Either a semi-gloss cleared powdercoat or plasti-dip.

BUT: It's the centercap roundels I like! Nice detail.
