Dash Lights on after drop spring install. Help!

Just had drop springs installed, all the dash lights are now on. Abs, orange brake light, dsc light, and check engine light are all on and are staying on. Anyone have a similar experience or know what it could be?

Theres abs/brake wiring on the front wheel, remove driverside wheel and look for a small box, cables are held in it... Make sure the cables are connected.

Hopefully nobody broke the wheel speed/abs sensor....
