Splitter fitment
A friend was going to sell me his Scopione splitters, he as a 2011 msport 135, will it fit on my 2010 m sport?

Yes, they will fit all models with the M sport bumper.

yes they will, but they may need some trimming/adjustment to fit properly, mine did. not from the year difference but from the manufacturing.
