N55 with ppk2 modding

Hey guys I just picked up a 2013 n55 135i tonight and it already came with the ppk2. Would the jb4 work with ppk2? Thanks in advance!

The stack will work fine but it wont make anything more than a jb4 on a non-PPK car

If you remove the jb4 will the ppk program still be present?

Yes, once removed the car will only have the software loaded on the ECU (ie the PPK) to run from vice the piggyback JB4.

Out of curiosity, would you lose the extra bubble from the PPK software?

That bubble is still there for me, and I've been driving the car with jb4 on for about a month now. Well I do have a catless downpipe so I'm not sure with a full stock exhaust.
