ok care to explain your little magic? it seems you have fitted an M rotor with the 135 caliper. what are all the extra hardware for? what are the dimensions on the M rotor? looks promising!

135i rotors = 338mm X 26mm's
1M rotors = 360mm X 30mm's

I am not so sure that red brake caliper is a 135i unit though. It looks more slender. ? It odes have those harmonic ballancers on the ends though.

I don't know Dack, it looks identical to our calipers minus the color. we need to hear more about what and how he has accomplished this

I don't think that's the 1m rotor...i think it's the rotor from the brake perf kit for the 3 series which has a floating rotor. Always wonder why they didn't make it for our car..i figured the hats were different, but if all thats needed to make them work is that little addapter...could be a good deal for us track day junkies that want a cheaper floating rotor than the rb's

those are my track wheels. they're D-Force LTW5 wheels. super light wheels.

OP - are you going to tease us or are you going to let us know where we can buy the adaptor?

The rotors he has highlighted ( 34112282445 ) are for an e-46 ( M3 2003 ish + ) application.. they are 345 x 28 a hair larger than stock 135 but also a hair smaller than 1M/M3.. they are nice BMW 2 piece w/ aluminum hats !!!!

rotors list for 270.00 IIRC they were for the competition package back then ???? plenty available in the US.

the CALIPER adaptor is key.. and i cant find it anywhere.. "Diesel Boost" may be making them for this application, who ever they are????

also those screws are standard BMW hardwear ( rotor hold down bolts about $1.50)

Sub'd

Definitely want to see where to get these adapters from. That is a really nice rotor and the fact that it's OEM is even better. This may be a good solution to reduce the heat issues with our calipers.

Hi Guys,

tro-nik - sent me a PM with his buddies website in Russia. Only thing is the address doesn't seem to work for me. ? This whole thread seems like one big tease.

www.Dieselboost.ru

I also found some videos on youtube... but nothing to do with these brake adpators.

My previous statement was a joke. I was born in the Soviet Union in the time of the total deficit of everything. All car parts were sold at that time that way. So I really didn't want to offend anyone.

Website worked fine for me and chrome translated it. I couldn't find that part listed on there. There is no search by specific vehicle.
