Will a 335i intercooler fit a N55 135i?

Yes, as long as the 335i also had the N55. Currently, AFAIK, only Helix13 has one. It'll fit both, with some trimming on the 135

I have a spearco unit from my 335 that I was thinking on using for my cousins 135.

You can get a 335i intercooler onto an N55 engine but you may need to do some trimming and you will definitely need a custom charge pipe like the one we sell.
