I drove an M3 and Z4 35si today and I have to say that I like the Z4 better as a dd. There is no question that the M3 would be a better track car but the torque is non existent until 5k. I am so used to the torque of the N54 and it would take a while to get used to the M3. Am I crazy?
I think that I am going to have a hard time replacing the 135. |

My uncle, like you, has an extra car and uses a Z4 for DD. Not a bad DD if you have another car with some capacity when you need it. |

Soon you will be shopping for a 135i again. Every car discussed has had a compromise of some sort or another. Unless you just want something different I suppose.
