Window won't go down
Hello, about a week ago my window fell down due to the regulator breaking. Ordered a new regulator and installed it. Put the old motor back on and verified that the window went up and down. Today I was setting the window position correctly, I rolled the window all the way up and then tried to roll it back down. It wouldn't go down. Took the window off the regulator, still wouldn't go down. Took the motor off the regulator. Still won't go down. My friend thinks the switch isn't working. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does the window drop when the door is opened and close when the door is closed? If yes, then your switch is probably bad or disconnected. If no, then something with either the motor or regulator maybe, or something physically blocking the travel

So I took the motor apart, but it back together and it started working again. Started adjusting the window again and it stopped working again. I'm thinking it forms the irregular use of the window, going down and up so many times in a short period. I'm letting the car sit for 30 min to see if the computer resets.

Fixed it, got it all working. Seems like the module has some sort of self stopping function when the window goes up and down to many times. Let the car sit for 30 min and it works fine
