Well, I did it guys. Got the Huper 40 all around. Cost me $450 at Song's Tint Masters. I didn't tell Han's wife I knew the price until she asked, "Do you know how much it costs?" I said, "Oh yeah, it's $450." She goes, "Well, we really charge $475, but ok, $450." Thanks to john5on2000 for the heads up on the price. Took them exactly 2 1/2 hours and they gave me a loaner car for the wait. Seemed a little slow (I was the only car there the whole time), but I suppose it's because it was Valentine's Day. I'll post pics soon... but wow... HO 40 is pretty dark on black on black.

I got a quote from a Korean owner of a tinting place for $350 Huper Optik Stark 30. But he said he had to do two pieces for the back. Is this an issue for anyone else, or is everyone getting their tint guy to do one piece? Thanks.

Have you ever considered to have your car tinted with diffrent % front and rear like 40 F- 30 R ?

Thanks for the compliments. The tint job is my first. And, there's one thing I'm noticing. At night, the lights from cars seems to have an extra... "sparkle" about them? I don't know how to describe it, but where the tint meets the heating element lines, the lights from cars tend to distort a bit. I don't know if that's typical of aftermarket tint jobs or if it hasn't fully dried or if the tint job sucks. Anyone have any thoughts?

Its not dry yet, I think. You should leave it out in direct sunlight tomorrow, if the sun comes out.
