1 series 09 models lease rate went up

I don't know if this apply across Canada or not but I just went to a local dealer's web site and price out a 128i 09 model
WTF ...
I have to pay extra $585 for SELECTION OF CASHMERE SILVER TRIM but 08 model its free
then the 2 and 3 year lease rate is up 7.9%
wow, 4 year rate is even higher 9%
holy shit, that means we are paying alot more now??

All leasing rates seem to be going up because of the devaulation of vehicles. The big incentives are all on financing to buy now.

I AGREE , leaseing right now is almost impossible . i know here on toronto , lease is 1 % and fiancing is 2 % on the ( 08 ) models , didnt check on the 09 , but why i priced out the 09 with the same features i had and the color , the price was the same ,,,, i dont know if that changed or not

1% leasing on 08 model 1 series?

Wow! If only I waited 3 weeks to get my car then I wouldn't be paying 6.9%

NO! not 1% or 2% on the 1 series.
don't panic
he is talking about the 3 series.
Dealers are pushing the 3 out the doors at dirt cheap price because the 3 are getting a new face lift for the 09 models
that's why 3 series are down to 1% finance and 2% lease.
even the 08s 1 series are still @ 5 or 6% lease rates

The B8 A4 is a nice car but until they come out with the S4 in March, it won't drive or accelerate like the 135.

yeah I agree that it doesn't drive like the 135 but the quality of the interior and looks are far better than the 135. A4 will drive alot better in the Winter. lol. I don't know how their sport package drives cause the one i test drove was premium with tech pack. Their lease rate is 5.4% at 36mths.

The interior of the latest Audi's are outstanding. But, without the S-Line package or the S4 looks, I think the A4 is pretty plain from the exterior.

And, yes, in the wet and snow the Quattro will be way better.

The As in general are pretty... general. Audi's lineup really only stands out in the S series.
