iDrive Confusing?
those magazine editiors must be stupid to think iDrive is confusing, I just got my lexus Rx400h and their navigation IS confusing! for iDrive

I thought the same thing! Maybe it's been dramatically refined since first being introduced, but I found it to be very intuitive. No experience with other navi systems to compare against, however...

well...Lexus have touch'screen, pretty easy to use

I don't like touch screens, they get all dirty from all the nasty stuff on your fingers..ewwww

Lexus's touch screen navigation won't let u do much when the car is in motion, which sucks. Lexus bluetooth doesn't show the name of the person who's calling, 50k car and I have to look at my phone to see who's calling me??
Q: What is the point of this thread? A: BMW's iDrive rocks!!

Not to hard to keep the display acreen clean on the Lexus!
Oh yea there is a simple procedure you can do after startup that will allow you full function of your NAV while driving--like input new or change destinations :rocks: |
