Amazing Selection of Official Accessories & Lifestyle - IN JAPAN!
Check out the amazing selection of official BMW accessories for the 1 Series in Japan. Links are below. Be sure to check out the individual catalogs for each model - Sportback, Coupe and Convertible. The selection of floor mats alone (for the Coupe and Sportback) is incredible. And there are lots of items I've never seen before.
Take a look at the crazy corner markers with BMW roundels, so you can easily see the corners of your car - and you can get them with illuminated roundels, too. I'd be embarrassed as hell to have them on my car, but they're pretty cool to see. Oh, and they have scale models of the vert - don't think I've seen those before. But take a look at the prices - they're insanely high. Gotta say, BMW NA sucks - we get almost none of this stuff. http://www.bmw.co.jp/jp/ja/owners/ac...lications.html And here are the lifestyle catalogs. Be sure to look at the "BMW Mobile Tradition 2007" catalog for some cool scale models. http://www.bmw.co.jp/jp/ja/owners/li...catalogue.html You can cut-and-paste for translations at http://babelfish.yahoo.com. Currency converter at www.xe.com. (The current exchange rate is HORRENDOUS for the US.)

Nope - I have the German accessories catalog, and there's not as much stuff there. The Japanese are famous for wanting to customize their rides, so I'm sure a lot of this is made just for the Japanese market.
Can you imagine any self-respecting German using those corner markers?

Oh, and be sure to check out the BMW Motorsports 2010 catalog at this link for some cool 1-series merchandise. Love the umbrella.

I couldn't agree more! I hope there's a store in GA that houses durable BMW Accessories at a very affordable price.

Those corner markers are hilarious. They're like dork enablers.

Been a while since I first posted these catalogs (see first post), and I figured the newbies might be interested. I think they've been updated since I first posted them, so consider this to be a . Some cool stuff there.

pinmagic,
Thanks for posting. If you like the umbrella, you may want to look here: http://www.ultimatecupholders.com/fi...llaholder.html They only have the holder for the umbrella but I bought a decent umbrella for the bimmer several months ago. I went ahead and ordered the holder for $20 (delivered) to give the umbrella a spot where it won't relocate itself if I decide to have a little fun. I didn't do the conversion but my bet is the BMW price is considerably more. Also note that the supplier, Fischer, is a German company. Seems fitting. Jim
