Single Turbo Upgrade Kit

Hey Guys this is and update and early look at the kit ive developed for the 135i and 335i, everything will be tig welded and the manifold is mad from 1 1/2 steam pipe, in the pics below everything was mig as it was the development kit and i was in a hurry! The kit is capable of making over 700hp @ the tyres first dyno test with it, it made 527hp on 17psi, I need to upgrade to a PI kit as the high pressure pump wont keep up on 20 psi.

Its not a turn key kit as there are to many intercooler options and customer preferences for intake etc...

Price point will be $7899 inc gst complete kit! for the split pulse 1.06 or .82 rear housing kit with GTX3582R and turbosmart 50mm waste gate
OR
$7199 inc gst for the Single entry 1.06 or .82 rear housing kit with GT3582R and turbosmart 50mm waste gate

High Mount Manifold
Dump Pipe V-Clamp
Turbosmart 50mm Gate
Garrett GT3582R Turbo ( 1.06 or .82 rear single entry or split pulse )
Oil and Water lines and turbo fittings ( no block fittings )
blanket .
Turbo studs and nuts
New Manifold Gaskets

These are built to order 2 week lead time!
If your interested PM me for contact details.

I will have a website up soon where you can get more details and purchase it online.

Nice kit. Great turbo choice for the N54.

Any pics of the manifold?

Thanks, I dont have any pics of this manifold, its made from steam pipe, if I make a reproduction kit the manifold will be made slightly different from this one and probly from thick wall stainless as well.

Very hard to get pics of the components underneath the turbo and dump and everything is also heat wrapped.

If I build a bolt on kit I will have photos of everything for you guys, just wanna gauge if there is actually demand there for it in Oz thats all.

as long as the manifold is decent, that's an EXCELLENT price point ($6200 USD) - cheaper than many of the LHD kits overseas.

how's it running btw? got any dynos/logs? at least then people could see how well it's spooling for the boost it makes etc.

I reckon that's in the ballpark for price, just most guys will want to see more pics and dyno runs and proof of reliability

Personally I wont be in the market in the immediate future for a turbo upgrade, but in 6-12 months I could be and would prefer a ST setup!

It's running great have had any issues thus far! It's running 17psi and makes 470hp @the wheels on e30 mix have pushed it yet!

Any reason you arent mounting the filter to the turbo? Intake pipe is huge.

It is a fairly long intake, why not just use one of these?

That looks sick haha! Definitely would be interested in seeing manifold pics if there ever were any and also a properly aggressive tune to see what kind of power it can make.

Out of curiosity, is the installation an engine out job on an e92 335i? I'd be very keen on this.
