1-Series Leather Color and Trim Options

I have three questions.

(1) Does Savanna Beige leather actually exist and has anyone seen it?
(2) Although the brochure does not show it, I have seen the shiny black trim. Was this a fluke?
(3) Will the aluminum trim actually have the ugly texture as seen in the brochure, or will it actually be BMW-worthy?

Thanks...this is my first forum!

Welcome...I think you will find this is a great place to learn about the 1 series cars.

(1) Sorry...don't know. Review this thread http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...+Beige+leather
(2) The shiny black trim is high gloss black trim. It's black and shows metallic properties in direct sunlight. I ordered it and have it on my car and love it. See this thread http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...oss+black+trim
(3) Please review this thread for details on the aluminum trim http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...=aluminum+trim

FYI....there is a search function at the top of the forum.......Use it to find many wonderful things related to the 1 series cars.

I have ordered the black interior but the Savanna Beige really intrigues me. In Canada they get a matching headliner. AW/black interior with SB seats, door panels and headliner would look great IMHO. I don't think you would see one on every corner either.(Burl Walnut?)

Gray poplar wood is my recommendation. Very classy. If you can't find one with that, check the 3 series coupes.
