I've been on vacation here for a few days. These wide open curvy backroads sure making me miss my 1. Hopefully I'll spot one of you guys.

My girl is completing her masters at UNM. We went out to some place called Tent Rocks with awesome wide open roads. But we're in Rio Rancho at the moment.

if you had your car id tell you to take I-40 behind the sandias and take a crest run!

theres like a 4 or 5 mile road that winds its way up to the top of the mountain.
IT IS SO FUN ! ! ! ! :thumbup:

And then there is the run up 14 from Cedar Crest to Santa Fe. Stop in Madrid for coffee on the way.

I'm up for a gather and mountain run. I'm already in East Mountains.

Who elso is doing the Unofficial BMWCCA Fall Tour tomorrow, Saturday 10/25?

"Plan on meeting at Santa Fe BMW at 9:00 on the October 25th and setting for a 9:30 departure. For those coming from the south, Taylor will be meeting them at 8:15 in Bernalillo exit 242 at the large Burger King/Texaco gas station just to right at the first light on North Hill Rd.

Saw another 1 series on the road for the first time last night. Was either space gray or SGM. 5PM at Edith and Comanche. Someone from on here?

yea ive seen that one too, its SGM and some old lady was driving it
im always disappointed when the other 1 series driver isnt the least bit excited to see another 1er on the road haha

i also saw a white 135 in the turn lane at lomas and juan tabo this morning. anybody know who it is?

The SGM I saw was being driven by a hispanic guy in his late 20's, early 30's.
