Yes, you can do this at home with the right tools.

Haven't been able to find any DIY videos or anything for this setup, not positive if I'd have all the right tools..

18mm socket/wrench, 21mm socket for the joint end(using impact preferred), that is it. You may have to drop the engine under panel in some cases, you will need an 8mm socket for that.

Correct. Although you need to torque down the tension arm bolt with the suspension under load since it is a rubber bushing.

Put the jack under the ball joints and load the suspension up.

So you can basically install everything with the car jacked up like normal, then put a jack stand under the ball joint after and remove the regular jack to torque the tension arm?

Also, forgive my noobness, what and where exactly is the ball joint on this car?

You can leave the jack in place, You are basically tightening down the hardware on the bushing side of the arm with the suspension loaded.

Ball joints are the end of the arm that is attached to the spindle(where the brake rotor is). you will want a wood block so you don't scratch or damage the ball joints.

Hmm sounds a tad tricky. I've done my share of DIYers before but not a whole lot of suspension bit tbh
