Only APO shipping option is to APO AE - I'm APO AP. Does it matter?

Is the oil filter wrench a must? I know you want to sell one, but I have 3 different oil filter wrap-around wrenches that I use on all my cars, I dont want another adapter.

Is it impossible to get the filter off without this wrench?

I like the kit, and I'll probably order one, along with the plug.

Not to be a stick-in-the mud, but you keep saying the drain plug is $8.45. But there's a minimum surcharge of $2.45, no matter where you live, so it's not really $8.45 - it's at least $11.40. Still cheap, not $8.45, as advertised. What's the surcharge for?
