I'll try buddy...
There was already a meet on the same Winton Fun track day event: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1226629

And I think there's gonna be a dyno day that is being held on Sunday 13th March, which will see a fair number of n54/55 get together and do some runs: https://www.facebook.com/events/1524692031193317/
You should bring that 1er of yours in and see what she runs now that you have MHD flash tune over the Procede. The Flash should put your Peak Torque curve more flat and hold its power!!!
Did you enjoy it more this time around compared to our Nov track day with the MHD?

Yeah will probably get to the dyno day.

The mhd has a lot more boost down low which made overtaking much easier and safer. Top end speed was around the same as the procede. Track was super slippery though so wasn't going that fast in the corners

Yeah stock suspension is pretty bad. A lot of body roll, no camber and narrow front tyres = not much front end grip. Also stock rear subframe bushings have no place on the track, rear end feels so disconnected and floaty.

I have Nolathane rear subframe bushings and M3 front control arms which improved things but there is still a bit too much body roll and not enough camber. Ordered some Bilstein B12s springs + shocks for $1k so hopefully will be much more composed after that.

Yep, I think I mentioned to you on the day I had an M3 sway bar and coilovers previously which helped with the body roll a lot. Might look into getting another sway bar!
