Removing/installing front door speakers

Could somebody point me to a DIY for removing inside door trim to get at the 4' speaker and tweeter? I fond instructions for an e90, but the 135's different enough I'm worried about snapping something.
I'm trying to upgrade the front speakers.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hmm, I don't have the screw hole cover behind the door handle like in the picture (in the link above). I've been pulling on the plastic trim behind the handle as hard as I dare, hoping it's just clipped on somehow, but it's not budging. Is there still a screw behind there even if there's no screw cap behind the handle? It looks like the door's still held by something right there.

Any hints are welcome.
