Yeah. I co-run the regular autox events, and Steve does the schools (along with my help). I will be instructing at the School though! See you there!

I missed the last autoX and you missed the first, so it will be nice to meet you. I should be the only 128i there, and I definitely would appreciate you showing me how it's done for a run or two.

The instructors get to play on the course while participants eat lunch. You're most welcome to come along on as many as you'd want, but no hurling.

Also, Gio, You can see who is attending here. Looks like there's eight 1ers there, including me, which is a LOT since there's only 50 students there.

Yeah, we're awesome. Is the 8th going to get accepted, I see one as waitlisted?

I was kidding.

Although, at one school a few years back, I was driving, and after too many loops around the skidpad, had to quickly pull off to the side and hurl. Also, instructors frequently have to take "vertigo" time-outs from getting into the next car, especially on warm days.

Probably not.. they are towards the bottom of the waitlist. Trying to keep the event @ around 50 students, for a high student to instructor ratio, and as much seat time as possible.

sounds good to me, ya snooze, ya lose. This didn't really fill up as fast as I thought it might, so there really is no excuse here...

Larry, Thanks for the help!

As always, it was good seeing everyone else. And, Rachel, thanks for the cookies.

Awesome Cookies!!! Thanks Rachel (and stale slice of bread - I assume that is a trick to keep them fresh???)

Was great to see seven 1ers there, but strangely, nobody thought to take a pic of use all together. You guys all made HUGE improvements throughout the day.

I also really appreciate you guys all pitching in at the end, and sharing a pint or four of that Guinness 250.

7 1ers was a pretty impressive showing. those minis better watch out - 1ers are becoming the new cult. let's bring cameras to the june 28 autocross and get some action shots

larry, me n ming are always happy to help out, especially given that sweet reward of a free run down the runway! 130MPH! also, i don't know if you pulled a string for me or not, but this morning i got an acceptance notification for the june 28 auto-x!

as for rachel's cookies, a great job as always. coincidence that her last name's baker? negative

That was me accepting the next group of waitlisted folk, Mike is now included. There was a group that got canceled for not paying.

@ Ming... funny story.

Welcome for the cookies! (Fresh bread takes the staleness from the cookies )
I'm SO glad no one had a camera, as I probably would be haunted by a pic in the rain gear....
Everyone was def looking better by the end, I could see tons of improvement!

Nothing else that you could be haunted by a picture of yesterday? (now would be a good time tell me where I can go)

My super paleness/ wearing shorts? Or the multiple spin outs? lol, I'm pretty good at laughing at myself. So I suppose there were a ton of things that could prove to be silly.
