We need to settle the Sedona Red issue once and for all...

I don't really "hate" it, but I don't like it either. Not a color I would ever consider. But of course each their own - I really like Blue Water and many have commented that it is a "girly" color.

If everyone liked and bought all the same color what fun would that be? :-)

I love the color, since I own one! I get a lot of people looking at the car and then doing a doulbe take. Especially other BMW owners. I don't know if it's cause of the color, or if it's cause they don't know what model it is.

I usually do not like red as an exterior color, but I love Sedona Red. Maybe because it's not a strong red as others have pointed out. In fact, I saw it again yesterday at the dealer, and it only re-confirmed my feelings about the color.

From photos, I really didn't think anything of SR until I saw it in the flesh. I've seen Sedona in person a few times now, and I think it's a gorgeous color. A dealership nearby has several 1ers in different colors, and the one I tend to stare at gleefully is the one with Sedona Red! It may be slightly orange, but I actually love this extra touch of color. It reminds of color that could be on an exotic car.
... I eventually ordered SGM for mine, but I was seriously considering Sedona Red as my #1 choice. The only reason why Sedona took a backseat is because I didn't want to be a cop magnet [or attract unwanted attention].
