A few weeks ago there were still 24 places open!

So if anyone is interested you'd better hurry up

Almost ready for this first track day...clearbra'd the entire front. Got a helmet. Installed high temp brake fluid, a fire extinguisher and brake shims. Received my Apex track rims and installed some Toyo proxies R888 at 265 up front and 285 out back. Tiestrapped them in the back so info all of you, you can stand three tires across and lay the forth in the trunk.

Mapped esso stations there and back. Made contact with Bastuck and Kellener so have plans to visit those companies and discuss mods/pricing either on the way up or on the way back. Charged camer/go pro batteries. Bought snacks and water and finally filled the iPod, so think I'm done...any thoughts or suggestions before I roll?

Sounds like you are G2G! But always triple check you got everything, its usually the small but important things that get left home. It would suck to get there and find out you forgot the jack pads, breaker bar or something like that.

Just back for Spa and it was a great time! It was great to meet all of you Rick, Roger, Ray, Rudy and Michael.....good group of guys. Special thanks to Rick for the generous offer to let us ride shotgun with you for a few laps, that 1M is a beast and you have some skills! I'm looking forward to hearing how your next set of drivers training goes. The other guys should post up some picks of the days events soon. I look forward to our next get together, maybe at the Welt in May?

Rick has plenty of video and we probably took about 1000 pictures collectively. I took 485 myself, mainly of Rick and Rudy flying down the track. Thank for the ride Rick!

Oh yeah, Rick, update your damn playlist. You can't be flying down the track @ 150 MPH listening to that crappy music and trying to change songs.

In Rick's defense I never heard any music.......but I did hear somebody mention something about....Celine Dion? IDK, either way I don't judge.

Just got back...

A huge thank you to Ray and Wade and Roger and Mike and Rudi...great fun with the 1Addicts at Spa. Guys, thanks for the pit crew assists, cleaning windows, installing track tape, torquing lug nuts, helping with photos and videos, and helping change out street to track and back to street!!! Thanks a bunch.

All I can say is WOW...WOW!!!

Intense and exhilarating, an amazing track and great friends...WOW. Did 30+ laps, melted the shit out of my Toyos, killed tons of bugs...no close calls or accidents, driving instruction was awesome and just what I needed to stay with the pack on the track..this stock 1M is a beast and truly impressive. I clearly kept up with 90% of the cars on the track and there were only three stock cars and all the rest (probably 50 cars in all) were roll-caged, tuned, high-performance variations of past BMWs.

This car had tons of stick with the semi slicks, I think only once all day did I slip coming out of a turn with too much acceleration...just an all-around intense day. Photos and videos when I decompress.

On our way home we stopped in Hockenheim and met up with my instructor from Spa, Jaap van Lagen. He's here at Hockenheim testing cars and tunes for Porsche. Photos also coming.

Again, thanks a million! See you at the next event.
