Powder coat rims: Flat or Gloss Black on Sapphire?

Ok, need some opinions. I am going to get my OEM rims powder coated black, but I don't know where to do flat or gloss black on my Sapphire 135i. Let's hear opinions...

If your 1er was AW i would say black gloss IMO....but since its BSM I would say gunmetal gloss but that's just my opinion unless your going for that completely black out look then do what suites you best.

I think gloss black is out. I am pretty sure I want flat black, but I do like the Athracite (gunmetal) color a couple of you guys are using.

Agreed. I think I am going to go this way, order a matte black grill and matte black shadow emblems. Should look pretty sick.

Flat has some (very little) percentage of gloss. Matte has absolutely no gloss.

HA! That's EXACTLY what I am having done right now! I should have them back tonight or first thing in the AM. Cost me $220 out the door. I am soooo excited.

I also ordered my shadow emblem and a matte-black set of kidney grilles from JLevi. Undecided whethere or not I am going to smoke the tails, probably not. That should be enough for me to be a bit unique.
