Night shots of a black car especially are difficult. Using a tripod or stable surface, and adjusting your shutter speed if possible can help a great deal. It's also really hard to get your white balance, you can meter that off a piece of paper or something else white in the same light as your subject, and then end up with truer color and possibly more depth to your blacks. And a light background, like those without the forest, will offer more contrast to your subject. Not that you asked for advice but my last car 06 GLI was black, so I went through quite a learning process of how to get good pics if it.
