Picked up my 135i on Oct 17 after a week in Munich. Absolutely a dream come true to do the whole shebang: factory tour BMWWelt tour and BMW Museum tour. If ya ever do it, also visit the Deutsche Museum Verkerzentrum to see wonderful history of transportation. Am in middle of three week trip in Germany and Austria, loving the while experience. Fortunately, my knowledge of German is sufficient for basic conversations and so getting around is fun. Cool folks. iPhone won't let me upload pictures; Javascript on iPhone is iffy. Pics to come.

Hey guys. I'm doing ED next month and I'm thinking after dropping the car of... taking a train to Madrid from Munich. What's the best approach? Or is it cheaper to fly?

If you book early, then yes.

Right now the cheapest flights I've found have been ~$270 RT.
