Sooo many haters. Most people wont even notice that little difference in the curve. LT knows their stuff and this is a great option for people who want to beef up the look of their 1-series front end. The BEST option imo, as soon as it comes out.

If you don't like it, don't buy it.

Take a look at the e90 and e92's. M3 rep bumpers are the rage.

It will be the same thing here once people see it cleaned up and on some sick cars.

Yup. But none of those bumpers on the E90/E92 are mass produced yet. They are custom made by fusing the 2 bumpers together which is a costly process. So LTBMW wants to change that and mass produce the bumpers for the cars so it is accessible to more people at a better price point.

I'll of course have a professional photo shoot done as well when the first bumper from the mold comes out.

Not hating at all, this bumper is nice dont get me wrong. I know LT and the gang know their stuff and they put out quality work. I have the most respect for their shop. I was simply pointing out the details of how the 1m bumper should look like and my putting my input out there for consideration. They dont have to listen to me, its their bumper they can design it however they want. I just would rather see the performance bumper molded with the 1m bumper to create the best fitting, most identical bumper to the oem 1m bumper.

An opinion requires 1 post. You have multiple posts stating the same thing over and over after I've already said it will not be changed after this last redesign. Here on the internet we call that hating or trolling.

It also doesn't help that you aren't a potential customer since you don't have the car and are the only one pushing for it be redone.

I don't really know how LTBMW is going to compete with Kerscher. I just priced out the Kerscher front from Schmiedmann.com. The total cost, painted and shipped to me is $874.73. I didn't finalize my order because I'm broke, but good info for you guys that are tired of waiting.

You may want to double check that. There is no way it would be 874$ painted. That is most likely the unpainted price. Before I went with LTBMW, I did plenty of Kerscher research and had various dealers quote me prices and none included paint. Paint by itself is 300-500$ from any competent shop. And the bumper itself is about 500-600 euro which translates to a minimum of 800-950$. And shipping from Europe.

I pretty much went through the whole process on Schiedmann without actually finishing my purchase. They offer a paint service when you buy a bumber or other part for the exterior.

0.000 KG USD 250.36 USD 250.36
Painting of frontspoiler

13.000 KG USD 550.99 USD 550.99
Kerscher frontspoiler -KMR-

Don't believe me, goto schiedmann.com and check for yourself.

I see what you're saying. You should order it to test it out because it just seems really weird that we had 2 vendors attempt to do group buys for the Kerscher and their prices are no where near that.

I will be accepting donations from all forums members to allow me to test this procedure. If all goes well then you can thank me by donating more towards a custom 4 pipe exhaust system.

Lol I would but my next purchase also includes having a custom quad exhaust made and some forged rims.
