I go up to Oxnard to visit my parents every one in a while, great farming back roads out there where you can really let her go without having to worry about police.

But about the insurance, there are commercials on TV, especially the Spanish speaking channels that advertise car insurance, even without a license, citizenship, or anything else really, and as low as 5 dollars a month!!
