Quick question
So tomorrow I'm slick a sparkplug change on my car. I know that bmw says to torque the plugs to 23nm or 17lbft but I don't have a torque wrench lying around, and I don't really want to buy one right now. Will it be ok if I just hand tighten them, not too crazy however

You can and it'll probably work just fine, but its nice to do it right. You can pick up a good torque wrench at Harbor Freight or Autozone for pretty cheap. Wonder if autozone even has em for free rental. If you're really desperate you can buy an expensive one at Sears or something and return it.
