With the methanol kit coming out, things will be really interesting. There are two JB3 cars in my area, and I walk them with ease. I would not purchase an interception system that cannot directly advance or retard timing.

Snake oil salesman? You can keep your banned from forums for being shady (making multiple accounts), non pioneering little emulator guy AKA Terry, and has non-timing controlling Junkbox.

You people are all forum leeches pedaling your second rate crap everywhere. Start your own damn thread!

Same thing on this forum, huh?

Let me know if you have any questions guys.

And yes, Ricks' group buys orders are starting to ship next week. We got held up a bit since we had to increase the production lot in the middle of the whole process. You guys will like the latest maps that we are beta testing right now. 2-3mpg improvements along along with substantially more off-boost torque.

Cheers,
shiv

I love that the PROcede always comes through with cutting edge improvements...it's the main reason why I went this route.

Are there going to be, as I think Rixster mentioned, several different installation options. I know it will fit in the 135 just fine, but I'm wondering how I'm gonna hide it from the wife

Also, you mentioned that it was like running race gas during the middle of winter. Does an aftermarket IC do anything anymore? What if we were to run race gas with meth? :eyebulge:

^^^ ok but i hate how terry dodges all my questions reguarding the timing and fuel parameters...not cool also got caught up on the e90 post aboutcertain features that were not included...and since he doesnt explain those fea i dont trust it being totally invisble to the ecu too many questions left unanswered...i dont doubt his customer service..but ask yourself this...what is he gonna do for you when BMW voids your warranty?

again, getting bent about one potentially non issue, gotta find one thing to bitch about... maybe he feels like thats something he has over the competition and doesnt want to disclose too much...

I dont get pissed and not eat chips'a'hoy cookies because I cant get the recipe for them

that being said, I truly beleive in best tool for the job, if vishnu does infact have a better product and better service more power to him.

I understand that you enjoy your product. You should. But it would be a mistake to believe that it does everything it is supposed to do. It would also be a mistake to believe that a comparable software interface is around the corner. Truth is that you got an inexpensive tuning solution. And it works reasonably well. But if you have never driven a PROcede running the current Torque Targeting maps, you should because it would make you re-think how well your car could drive.

I don't understand all this Terry bashing. You make your own decision about which product you want. Stop acting like a bunch of moronic kids.

shiv,

I personally dont have either... and all things aside I dont know what I'd rather go with... but all things arent aside...

Other than the money the *ONLY* reason why I would never in a billion years ever buy your product is that your a arrogant son of a bitch. I opt to not help your situation.

The product itself? Plenty of people seem to be happy with it.

Probably the same as any other tuner if BMW voids the warranty due to a tune.
