suffering from BMW cupholder syndrome?

Everyone knows you're not supposed to drink while driving a BMW (or so the engineers have said), so cupholders have always been an afterthought in BMW cabin design. But what about those occasions when you'd like to have a nice bottle of water handy? I don't see cupholders anywhere in these interior shots... unless that's one hidden on the other side of the emergency brake. In that case, does it disappear with nav/idrive option?

I certainly hope it's there somewhere!!! And, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there will be a Limited Slip Diff. Option. Without it, it's not going to be all that fun on the track!!

I think it's the one in the top center right over the 4-way button.

Yeah, that was my question. The 135i is getting the M steering wheel, shift knob, and door sills standard right? On the german configurator you have to add that stuff for 550 euro.

I am really hoping the 135i comes with the M badges. If not, I will spend the money and get them. If it's an option.

It better be an option. I like the M shift knob and M steering wheel a lot better than the standard pieces.

I know it's not an M car. But BMW said that the 135i is getting the M suspension and M aero kit. On 1 series models elsewhere on this planet, you can get an M package as an option that gives you the M door sills, M steering wheel, M alloys, and an M shift knob. So we were wondering if the US Spec 135i comes with that stuff standard because in some rags they mention that it will come with that stuff, but in all the 135i online pics it doesn't show any sign of the parts.

Not auto if similar to the one in the 335i Coupe, a manual switch that can be used to move the seat forward and back.

It's simpler, lighter, faster, more convenient and more reliable. Oh, and it's lighter.
