Can OEM Rims (front) fit @ the rear ?in case of flat tires ??

If i get a new set of rims, i was thinking of using the OEM rims model 182 front rims as spare tire to be placed in the trunk.
If i get a front flat tire, these would certainly work, but how about if i get a flat in the rears ? will these rims fit @ the back ?

Thanks again guys!!!!

Yes. I have a beat up 264 front rim/tire in my garage and I put it on the back for a short time when I needed a tire plugged.
