In all seriousness it's terrible that the alarm isn't a standalone option. I guess BMW figures nobody wants to steal the car if it doesn't have all of the electronic gadgetry...that says something about their priorities IMO. Looks like I'll be bluetooth, usb, and heated seats. Done. |

Garage List 2020 BMW M2 CS [0.00]

If I go by the option pricing from the current 1-, it seems the list will be as follows:
If you were to load up all the available standalone options (not included as part of either package), you get... $54,775 (and this is without the BMW Apps which I have no clue what will cost, but def would make the car over $55K). One question I have is what is the invoice to MSRP differential on options/packages - is it also 7%?

It was so close for me. I wanted Bluetooth, iPod, Heated Seats and Nav. I used to be a Nav hater, but the screen is also used extensively for Bluetooth and iPod and I wanted Nav for convenience during ED.
I could deal with having CA and the alarm, and I could almost forgive them for forcing ZPP on me. But how out of place is PDC? This is supposedly a driver's car, not an old woman's Lexus/MB. |

On the 2011 135, it's about a 9% difference on the options.

I've got to agree here... I would love for someone to find actual proof that BMW AG is gouging certain markets (and by proof, I mean more than pointing at dollar amounts) . Call me naive I really doubt this to be the case, as it seems far more likely that there are more things in play (as usual) than Joe consumer is aware of, or even thinking of. Trade embargos between countries, tariffs, VAT, etc. |

I have an '04 M3 and a '10 135i. For a while I was seriously considering selling both and getting the 1M. The choice between fully loaded or a stripper car made my decision to keep my current cars pretty easy...
