Anyone know how friendly Patrick is with mods? I ordered my 135is from them and its supposed to arrive in june. I was planning on installing the Bilstein B12 kit and Dinan camber plates but don't want to show up for my 1200mile break in service and have them void my warranty in the first two weeks.

Any ideas?

I specifically asked last weekend I was there how they feel about mods because I just bought a cobb tune. The service guy I talked to said they are fine with mods and told me we are all car people here. So if something can be replaced under warranty they will replace it

I'm aware of it. It's the negative equity that gets you. I have about 7 payments left. In order to break even I would need to get close to $29-30K for the car. I only have about 21,440 miles on my car and I got it back in November 2010. I don't even drive 10K miles a year. The buyout for my car is around $26K. Basically if you have negative left from the car after the trade in price that amount gets tacked onto the new car price.

On a side note, I must say Patrick BMW is hands down a much better dealer for service over Laurel. They actually fixed my brake squealing issue when Laurel just kinda pushed it off to the side and never really checked why my brakes were bad. Partrick actually found out my brake pads were seized in the caliper and it was also throwing off my mileage indicator. My car said I had 870-900 miles left on the front pads and about 2700 miles left on the rear. Now my car reads 7,000 miles on the front pads and 11,000 miles on the rear. They also replaced my third brake light lense.

Bringing this one back from the dead.

Patrick has by far been the best to deal with.

I purchased my e90 from Motorwerks. Great sales dept. but their service is far from top notch.

Patrick is very mod friendly and great service dept.

Yep agreed Patrick is pretty good. I go there for service. They are mod friendly and actually usually comment that they like what I have done to my car. They're also only like five blocks from work.

Well if it's any indication Patrick installed the LSD on my e90 as well as my eisenmann exhaust which I since removed and replaced with a bmwp exhaust.

BTW a few of the SAs have heavily mod'd cars so they do take an interest. They are a great wealth of knowledge on what's working and what's breaking or not working when modding.
