Sorry for different language in this articel they write : " Police officers from Piekary Slaskie ( city in upper silesia ) saw a man who was walking not quite straight, they check him with alcomat and he have 8,2 Blood Alcohole Level ( remember most of Encyclopedias and bilogoy book say that 3,0 will kill you instantyl) , he didnt remember his name or where he lives but he rememberd his ID number ( 11 digits O_O ) . He was taken to hospital for observation only... Proud to be Polish  |
