Tired of scrubbng my 19"s
I know this gets done to death, but im sick and tired of my 19" wheel setup scrubbing on the rear fenders even after having the arches rolled already, so i am looking at an 18" set up.
I've seen a set of wheels i REALLY like, i just need to know if they will fit ok. Current set up:- Front: 19 x 8.0 x ET47 (225/35) Rear: 19 x 8.5 x ET37 (245/30) New set up:- Front: 18 x 8.0 x ET40 Rear: 18 x 9.0 x ET44 Thanks guys! |

You'll only be gaining about 1mm in that conversion since the new rear is 12.7 mm wider (6.35mm each side) but has a 7mm better offset.
You must just be too low in the rear. Also you can add rear camber just by having a shop max out the factory settings. That and a stretched tire should do it with those new rims.

you must be real low. I ran :
F 19x8 et 35 225/35 R 19x9.5 et 45 255/30 with rolled fenders and lowered about 1"+ from stock and never rubbed even over dips with people in the car
