I got mine brand new from getbmwparts.com for about $360 shipped. I ordered it saturday and received it today, I hope to install it tommorrow.

On a related note you can sell your stock downpipes with cats as well as your stock midpipe cats to rockaway auto recycling in north jersey and make back a good portion of your $

Im keeping all OE parts so the car can be put stock once at collector status
