Another KL Racing intercooler on the streets.
I love how the car feels with this. I cannot compare to other aftermarket options because I replace an OEM intercooler. Oh wait it was $300 so that compares to aftermarket products. As far as PSI drop and flow I have nothing But I did make a DIY for others once we get more solid info on this mod. |

DCI, Catless DP, Stett charge pipe, Synapse BOV, Coolingmist, Z1 Star spec tires, CDV. Plenty more I'm probably forgetting. I was running Map 7. All logs were done without meth so this is all intercooler. The power is phenominal Problem is at the end of these logs the clutch started slipping. Modding is an addiction because it only leads to more modding. Looks like a clutch masters FX400 is in the works for my next paycheck.

Isn't that a little overkill for these cars. Its not like your running a GT40 at 30pounds.

best intercooler solution IMHO for the 135i, if you're not timid. i switched out my HPF for a "big tom" intercooler and i couldn't be happier with that decision
