Converting auto to manual

I have a auto (step) 135i but im thinking about switching it to manual. When i first bought it i could barely drive manual so i opted for the auto but Ive been living in the UK the past year and have had to drive manual and ive fallen in love with it. Just wanna get opinions on whether it would be worth it or not.

It is much better off to trade it wth a 6 speed 135 instead.

This is a difficult conversion on a 30 year old car, let alone a modern one. Its not as simply as bolting up a new transmission, you will also need to replace all of the car's computers. Better off to trade for a stick.

way too much is involved to be worth it, just trade it in, you will save yourself money and headaches

Yup. Seems too expensive...Now if this was a 90-00 honda/acura, could knock that out in a day!
