Order New E90

Okay i have a problem here, I order a new BMW E90 from my dealer that i work for, and the car came in today i was very happy and they sold it. I understand why they did, someone wanted it worst then me and they had the money. Now its not a bad thing now because i wanted to add stuff to my order that i couldn't before now i can. If you had the chase to start over what would you get? as an employee i get 1000 over invoice, ya i know what a deal...
lol and i wanted to pay 550.00 with the 2500 down what would everyone go with. I would really like your ideas, Not on color or trim but cool stuff. and i need nav.

Right now i'm driveing a 325i auto Demo from BMW base.

and would you think that you would get a better deal being an employee?

msrp on a 2006 330i with ZPP is only 37,370?? why is it so low? and for a lease what would you expect to pay. cuz im planning on leasing a 330i ZPP and ZSP, i was hoping for payments around 550 also, is this possible?

37,370 is not MSRP for all that. That's just a little above MSRP for the 330i without any options at all. Are you referring to a 325i?

One more thing - what exactly do you mean by 2500 down? Is that total drive off (inc tax, licensing, first month, etc.) or are those items not included yet?

not only are there more speakers, but they are upgraded. if sound is at least semi important to you i'd recommend getting the logic 7. i could tell the difference easily and found the standard sound to be rather "lo-fi" sounding. logic 7 on the other hand was jaw droppingly good for a non aftermarket system

The only other option I would say is absolutely necessary is the sports package. Not only does it handle better, but the look is killer - definitely worth the price.

Oh yeah . . . , I assume you want a manual and thus have not indicated the steptronic automatic option.

Well yes it is only 3 more speakers, but All of the speakers are upgraded to a higher quality, aluminum cone, speaker.

Also the amplifier output is significantly upgraded.
40 watts per channel to the speakers in the Logic7 and only 25 in the standard. The 8" subs get 70 watts each in the Logic7 and only 40 watts from the standard.

I have not heard the standard stereo in the 325, but the Logic7 in the 330 ROCKS :rocks: It sounds WAY better than the DSP (so called premium) stereo in my 2003 540.

I'm a bit confused... are you a salesman, or do you do some other job with BMW? I'm just wondering, because I would have expected someone who works for BMW, particularly at a dealership, to have more experience with the differences between a 325 and a 330 than they could get by reading this forum! If not, they REALLY need to let the sales staff drive the cars more...

Unforuntately just read some of the forum member experiences and you'll soon see that most e90post members are probably more knowledgeable about the e90 than the local client advisor.

lol yes.... No i work in the parts dept. i don't know anything about the E90 unless it has to do with parts.

I drive to NY 3 times a year and the sales person told me that the sport would make you hurt on a drive like that one.

Make sure you take a test drive of sports versus non-sports. Only YOU can decide. It's a very person thing and it can be dangerous taking the opinions of other. For example, some people with 19" wheels and sports suspension may still find the ride soft. I found 17" wheels without sports suspension hard enough. It retains good handling without me feeling every bump and road surface.

Oooooo... parts Dep.
Can we hit you up with some accersories Di$$$count$?

Sorry to hear what happened.

Definetely test drive both, and definetely worth the wait.

If you're going to NY 3 times a year, maybe you should rent a Buick for the ride and leave the 3 at home, plus you'll be saving on your lease mileage which could add up.

Good luck.
