How many miles can I expect to get out of my RFT's?

I know it depends on my driving style, so let's just say that I've been enjoying my new TT engine.......

15,000 miles maybe? Do I hear 18,000??

this vastly depends on your driving style. For me probably 10-12k, as i like to take all freeway ramps at 60-70 when they are empty.

I've got RFT's on my 2006 325i. I had to replace the fronts at about 22000 miles. I am at 30000 now, rears ok still. No time on the track, but I do some "spirited" road driving from time to time.

You don't say which tires you have, but assuming that they are the Bridgestone 050A RFTs, I got 30,000 out of a set on my Z4 with mostly highway & back road driving. This was by rotating them once but without the rotation, it would have been about 17,000 on the rear and perhaps 40,000 on the front.

Yeah, 10 - 12k is probably more realistic..

Tom

I have the stock Bridgestone 050A RFT's. I've never got 30k out of regular highway tires, so I don't think I will be as lucky!
