Focal Bmw Speaker V.S. Bav Auto

Anyone have any experience with either of these?

I have the hifi in my 08 1 series. I'm a bit of an audio snob. I want clearer front speakers, don't care about the rears. I may do an external amp to the fronts in the future and a small sub. Similar cost for both....focal around 400 on ebay, bav auto slightly less direct...which is "better"?

I went with Focal 100VRS front, Focal PC100 rear, JL XD700/5 amp, Earthquake SWS-8 subs. Focal makes great speakers. I doubt the BMW upgrade speakers are as good
