Apex Arc-8 18x9.5 square

I am more than likely getting a wide front end as I have 5,500$ to mess with from an insurance claim. I also have a buddy selling his NT05 wrapped Apex Arc-8s 18x9.5 et22 275/35/18 (m3)

I currently run 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 on Apex Arc-8 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 rims but the et is like 62 or something much higher... I am not a wheel guy by any means and dont know exactly what a difference of et40ish relates to? Will I have any issue with the rear tires being mounted?

EDIT:
So I used this website:
http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel...ulator#Results

Wheel one:
9.5 width
et62

Wheel two:
9.5 width
et22

And It comes out to roughly 1.57 inches more clearance from the strut and 1.57 more poke out of the fender. I am running same size tire and rub on the fender way ALOT. But also only have probably a 1/4 inch of clearance on the outside... Im assuming there is no way to make up for the extra poke huh? I am already -1.9 camber in the rear.

PICTURE of inner fender rub.

I am doing this as well, but with no insurance money.

The only questionable thing is the stock 1M side skirts don't match up to the stock 135i rear fenders so you need to graft 135i and 1M side skirts together.

Keep your stock rear ARC8's they are the proper size. ET22 is correct for the front, you can now run 275 square.
