PS1 vs PS2 labor
Can anyone enlighten me on why Stage 2 labor cost more than Stage 1? Isn't it the same thing? Just swapping the turbo?
I've seen it go from 5-6 hours for Stage 1 to 10-11 hours for Stage 2.

Stage 1 does not need to remove the manifold (turbofold) from the head. It just replaces the center section and the compressor side while leaving the turbofold.
Stage 2 requires you remove and replace everything. |

Stage 1 can be done with the engine left untouched in the car. Around 4-6 hours for install.
Stage 2 requires the engine to be hoisted and a a lot more supporting arms be removed to access the manifold. Around 8-10 hours for install.
