M-Sport Bumper Fitting BMW 123D 3dr

Hi,
I have bought a set of M-sport front, rear bumpers & skirts off ebay to fit to a BMW 123D SE 3dr hatch which i am repairing.... I have found when trying to fit the front bumper it seems very tight and concerns it bumper bolt point might slip.... does anyone know if the BMW 123D 3dr hatch has different bumper to other models?

Or one otherthing that could be problem..... I also had to fit new front panel and bumper bar these came off a BMW 123D Coupe at local brk yard.... do the coupes have different front panel/bumper bars to 3dr hatch??

If anyone can help much appreciated... also after a grey headling if any has one.
