Dinan Rebate, still waiting after over a month
Is anyone else having issues with getting their Dinan Rebate check? I mailed my form/receipts over a month ago and still haven't received anything from Dinan. I called several times and was told to send an email to the rebate dept. Sent several of those but still no update or status response. Last time I called, the girl rep took my info and said that I wasn't the only one calling and having an issue. She said she would have her boss call me; that was over a week ago. Still nothing. This is my first purchase with Dinan and can tell you I don't have much confidence in their customer service at this point. It would be nice if they could just respond to my emails or calls. Anyone else just as frustrated?
Update: Thanks for your responses. I will try to be more patient. I didn't remember seeing the 12 week processing time, but I'm sure you're right. I guess I just cant understand their customer service end of it. I understand they have a massive amount of rebates forms to process but I would have appreciated an reply when I sent in my email and phone call inquiries. Anyhow, thanks for the insight.

when I bought stuff for my e46 and got a few rebates it always took them a while but it did always come

The form says, "Please wait 12 weeks..." so you have 8 more to go before you should expect anything. But surprisingly, I got a check from them after about 5 weeks for my stage 2 software. Still waiting for 2 more checks, but I'm not really worried because I did get one from them already.
