Any recommendations on USA made wheels for a 135i?
Thanks! Kevin

Your price point puts you square in the CCW and HRE Form Flow (made in japan) range. I'd be careful when it comes to selecting American wheel brands due to the lack of an engineering standard/requirement that has to be met prior to a company putting a product on the market. Unfortunately, the wheel game is also rather flawed in the "money equals quality" department. I've seen more $6000 junk that couldn't be balanced or leaked air then I care to admit. If want to find a good wheel brand at a reasonable price that will hold up to abuse, go to a track day a look at what the BMW track rats are running (...... usual Apex wheels or Japanese brand). I'm usually a person that goes out of his way to purchase American made products, but that’s a dangerous game when it comes to wheels.

When I had my TT-RS I had a set of CCW c2k in 18x9 for the track. These were custom made with offsets to clear the big brakes on that car. They are really very nice wheels, lightweight and beautifully made one piece forged wheel.

Well, I tried to go with VMR and had bad luck, so it's back to the drawing board! I couldn't get a quote for CCW in custom offsets that was within my budget. The other off-the-shelf wheels were over my budget, at this time. I'm doing some other significant upgrades at the moment, so budget is important.
I appreciate all your feedback! Kevin

If I was willing to spend the coin, I'd be running Forgelines. However, instead I have several set of Apex wheels. Not U.S. made, but hard to beat for the price.
