I believe those types of jackets are standard for workers in Europe & asia...I know our employees in Japan wear them all the time. I confiscated a jacket and a box of hats last time I visited.

Dackel had some nice explanations of what were not visible in the video. BMW is not going to show your their production process unfortunately but I would love to tour the plant.
