Another new owner :)
Hi,
We just picked up our "new to us" '10 135i. Its Montego Blue with Premium/Sport/Auto with heated seats and rain sensing wipers. 40K on the odometer. Looking forward to learning more. Macflyer516 In the garage with the other toy - |

Nice, but looks more like LeMans Blue to me in your pictures.
The older Cobra looks good as well.

Ah Rota, spent many a day there. El Duque and La Playa De La Luz. Miss the sangria and Cuban cigars
Just for storage. I do most of the wrenching on my Cobra and the cardboard "softens" the concrete floor and soaks up fluids when I am underneath. First up was a good close look at the paint and wheels. Apparently the former owner had a small dog as there are scratches on both doors beneath the handles. I think some M105 will take them out. I took the wheels off and cleaned off the tar and old weight tape residue. The rears needed a 1/2 breaker bar extension to get the lugs loose. I have no idea what torque, but it was a lot. All 4 cleaned and back on at 88 lbs. Thanks for the warm welcome. Macflyer516 |
