UK Top Gear magazine review

Just a heads up to let you guys know that the new Top Gear magazine is out and there is a review of the 1M in there. Overall a very positive review of the car.

New Top Gear season starts in a few weeks. Surely they will review the 1M on the show.

Tiff Needell was up in Inverness, Scotland for the UK press drives.

Hopefully Fifh Gear will fit their road test into the current series.

Just so happens they will be showing the drive of the Cayman R this Friday!

There's nothing "overall" about it - I think it's an amazingly positive review ;-) Only one mistake too (they say MDM tweaks the engine....) Nice photos too. My excitement level has just been ratcheted up a notch!

^^ agreed

It seems the reviews are getting better and better.

I've done 400 miles now and despite this being my 10th BMW in 5 years, its the 1 car thats exceded my expectations the most.

If you've ever driven the 135i with all the Performance bits, its like that in terms of drivability but so much more more special in terms of feel.

I'm already speccing my next BMW but even now I'm planning it as an 'additional' not 'next' car.
